The surgery is always helpful and flexible in order to provide an appointment. Dr Sherwell is incredible. He listens, is considerate and you don’t feel like just a number. I would not be alive without his previous care, guidance and support.

Everything went smoothly, & the Dr had read my notes before seeing me & listened to whatI was saying & I have ever confidence she will chase a long awaited referral.

There is nothing that I think could have been improved on.

Always receive great care from all staff. The difficulty in getting an appointment is not the fault of the staff, too many houses being built without any thought about how the already stretched staff will cope.

I was given a follow up appointment immediately following my initial diagnosis and when I attended the follow up I was seen on time. The doctor was thorough in her examination and assessment and was able to reassure me regarding outcomes. Appropriate treatment was suggested and a prescription raised, with a further follow scheduled. Couldn’t be better.

I arrived for my recent appointment and as seen very quickly. Dr Wallaston is very kind and helpful. She is also very good at following up on referrals and checking my general health. I have every confidence in her. The reception staff and nurses are all very friendly and helpful. It is never nice to have to go to the doctor but they all make it as nice as it can be, we are very lucky to have The Glebe.

To me everything is fine, no need to change anything that I can see.
